Over the course of the retreat you can expect:
Peace and tranquillity in the healing grounds of Hellens Manor, an ancient estate that we will have all to ourselves. Walk the grounds, visit the herbal apothecary ‘physics’ garden and the dovecote as well as the standing stone installation
Beautiful accommodation in the Georgian Stables at Hellens Manor, a glorious, converted Barn with a choice of rooms
On arrival, there is a welcome lunch buffet which you are welcome to contribute too as part of the group and on days 2 and 3 we also provide organic, nutritious lunches to heal the body and raise your vibrations

COURSE COSTS
Your 2.5 day course costs £ 365 PLUS VAT plus your accommodation tariff (£438 inc VAT PLUS accommodation according to room option)
ACCOMMODATION consists of 3 double rooms with en-suite facilities, and 7 single rooms & 1 triple room with shared facilities. A large kitchen and common room with wonderful outdoor space makes it ideal for short stays or residential courses. We have priced for single occupancy of all rooms bar the triple. Should you wish to share, please advise on who you are sharing with (they must also be booked on the dates stated)
Accommodation Tariff
- Single, based on single occupancy, and shared facilities – £45 per person per night (2 nights = £90 )
- Total cost; Course fees plus staying in a Single room £528 inc VAT
- Triple, based on 2 people sharing*, shared facilities – £35 per person per night (2 nights = £70)
- Total cost; Course fees plus staying in a Triple (shared with one other person) £508 inc VAT
- Double, based on single occupancy, with en suite – £65 per person per night (2 nights = £130)
- Total cost; Course fees plus staying in a double room (Sole occupancy) £568 inc VAT
*IF BOOKING THE TRIPLE ROOM WITH A FRIEND, PLEASE ADVISE WHO YOU ARE SHARING WITH OR BOOK 2 PLACES WITH YOUR RESERVATION
MEALS lunch is included but you need to make your own arrangements for breakfast and Dinner
A few notes on this humans only retreat – 7th to 9th September
The accommodation, called the ‘Georgian Stables’ does not accept dogs unfortunately and they are not allowed in the accommodation hence why this is human only. There are 4 or 5 shared bathrooms and the double beds (single occupancy) come with en suite.
As the accommodation is paid for as a whole per night it means we cant allow extra bookings either side of the retreat dates as it means hiring the whole of the Georgian stables which we can’t do it for 1 or 2 people.
The focus on the human only retreat is you and allowing time for going inwards with centering activities individually and as a group. The immersive nature of this retreat means that there is a focus on your need and ambitions for the future and how to integrate them into your life.
DEPOSITS TO SECURE BOOKING
£250 per person deposit to secure your place on the course subject to room availability. This is non refundable (unless we are able to fill your place) due to the high cost to book premises, staffing etc. 12 places available per course. Places will be confirmed once the rooms are allocated
BALANCE to be paid 6 WEEKS prior to first day of your booking (21st July 2024). You will be invoiced for the balance according to the accommodation preferences.

Leave the Hustle and Bustle behind and join me for a 2.5 day retreat at one of the oldest dwellings in the country, “Hellen’s Manor” in Ledbury, Herefordshire,HR8 2LY Limited to 12 places per course.
Hellens lies just off the A 449 – the Ledbury to Ross on Wye road. Follow the brown signs from the crossroads in the centre of Much Marcle Village.
