Suitable for those who have completed ‘Beginning Meditation’ and those with an experienced practice

Take your meditation practice to the next level with this thoughtful and engaging Intermediate Meditation Class with Natalie.
We will be exploring different meditations from different traditions as well as those that enable us to engage in meaningful reflective practices.
The aim of these classes is to build on some of the meditations you did in the Beginners class to improve your focus, confidence, ability and understanding of mediation practices and how you can easily build them in to your life to suit your own personal needs. I will also be introducing you to one of my favourite types of meditation that will be built on week upon week, I can’t wait to share it with you.
This intermediate course will require you to commit to a firmer meditation practice of a minimum of 3 x per week which will help you to progress and deepen your own practice and provides you with the opportunity to explore, and create, more inner space.
